The Porirua Green Bike Trust is a Charitable Trust located at Trash Palace, Broken Hill Road, Porirua 5022.

Anyone can drop off used and unwanted bikes there where our bike mechanic will repair, re-sell or use for parts.

All bikes sold are checked for safety and roadworthiness by our Bike Mechanics

Background:​

The Trust formally known at the New Zealand Green Bike Trust was formed in 2002 to provide a free bike program for local residents and visitors to the Porirua central business district.

The Trust now operates from Trash Palace, Porirua. A new bike shed and workshop was officially opened by His Worshop the Mayor Mike Tana on Saturday 3rd December 2016
